Don’t buy their Heavy-Duty Mixing Bowls from Vollrath I have been purchasing these bowls for years and love the weight. I have spent hundreds of dollars on these Vollrath bowls in all sizes from JB Prince and other vendors. HOWEVER, the latest bowls are coming to me warped and not able to stack correctly. I can't just grab these bowls with one hand and use as the bowls stick together. Complete waste of money. As you know JB Prince won’t take back anything that has been opened or used. Caveat Emptor

No. They only sell equipment.
Not sure as I've never had to buy those there. I would call the store, all the staff I've met there have been very helpful
They do have both cheese knives and serving platters (slate and perhaps wood), but are geared towards restaurant equipment and service rather than home entertaining.
Place the order online and ship it to you by UPS or FedEx mail.
