Came in to just look at phones and ended up upgrading both lines on my account, Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable with the products on the floor. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and explained my plan to me a little better. Definitely will be coming back with Mike if I need anything else!!

Rory is a ROCKSTAR!!!! I walked in the store upset because of all the run around we were getting from everyone at AT&T. I explain to her were trying to do was a Transfer of Billing Responsibility. We did have an issue on the account but no one was telling exactly what the issue is (my dad recently passed away so we switched the account to my moms name so her account is really new). Instead customer service would tell us to go to the store so we did, the store would tell us to go online so we did, then it wouldn’t go through so we called customer service again and be transferred with no help. We have been working on this issue for almost a month. Finally got someone from the right department to help me than he never returned my calls, I talked to his supervisor once and he didn’t try to help he told me Anthony was out on vacation and would call me when he got back. In the meantime while everyone was pushing us around my nieces phone was shut off. So this was our last attempt to go into the store I was expecting to get pushed to call CS again but that was not the case Rory took care of us and in less than 30 minutes had our issue resolved. My niece was happy, my mom was happy & I was so happy and thankful to Rory. ATT needs more people like Rory. God Bless You Rory
