I usually like going to any store when I am not tight for time or when they’re about to close. That said, I never had any issues here. They go as fast as they can and they’re friendly and helpful. I think they do well with rude costumers. I don’t miss that about retail, dealing with customers who weren’t raised right by their parents.

Praise be given when it’s earned but when you fall short you should hear about it. I really didn’t want to place a review for this location nor did I want to cause a scene while I visited, but I feel the manager/ owner has demonstrated poor customer service with every encounter and I believe his culture has infiltrated his staff’s way of thinking too. Is it difficult to great your only customer? Is it difficult to offer a helping hand to someone struggling to get a box on your counter? Instead this manager feels the need to scold me about your equipment that’s on the counter. How about asking your staff to help your customers. Your only staff also has a problem reading apparently. Instead she wanted me to do all the reading. I had 5 boxes of relative size to ship and two returns. Every time I’ve approached this man I feel as if I’m asking too much or putting him off. If you don’t want UPS packages than break away so you don’t stain their name with your subpar service. Otherwise you are spreading the hate in this world if you know what I mean? Treat people with dignity as you did with customers after me.

I came to get a form notarized. I was assisted by Mark Pavazlelos, he greeted me as I walked in, and really took his time to help. He was patient and helpful. Let me just add I'm a nurse and pride in customer service, this man has 5 star customer service. Definitely would recommend this UPS.
