I recently moved to the Christiansburg area and had been looking for a Ford dealership with generally good reviews online. I have a fairly rare limited edition Roush mustang that came factory with side exhaust, which constantly throws red flags anywhere i have gotten it inspected, which usually results in me needing to call a state trooper to the inspection to validate that my car is in fact legal. Prior to making an inspection appointment at Duncan Ford, I had called the service desk and spoke with Zach. Zach assured my that my exhaust should not be an issue, and was even able to fit my car in on a Friday morning with little notice from myself. Upon bringing in the car, Zach assured me again that the side exhaust won't be an issue and had spoken with the mechanic (Austyn) prior to pulling it into the bay. Before moving my car, Austyn placed protective coverings throughout the driver side and was careful with doors and the vinyl wrap I had just gotten on the car. Thanks to the layout of the service garage at Duncan, I was able to watch Austyn inspecting the car (very thoroughly I might add) and could see that even when somewhat out of owners' eyes, the cars are still being respected. While the inspection was thorough, Austyn (and the other techs from what I could see) made an effort to get cars back to the customers in a timely manner. The shop was clean, calm, and the mechanics seemed happy. I plan on bringing any car I own back here for inspections or any work for that matter, and will check this dealership first for future vehicle purchases. Zach, Austyn, and the other individuals I interacted with on Friday, thank you.

Very relaxed environment, a pleasure doing business there. Update 1/20/2022: While the showroom and purchase process was very smooth, I had an after purchase experience that has completely soured my opinion of this dealer and Ford in general. They had a problem obtaining the title for my trade-in and called me saying Duncan Ford had done their part and demanded that I either bring in a title or a check for $21,500 to purchase my trade-in. This was 3 1/2 months after they took in the trade and only after they had a sale for the trade-in. While I never had a Title because the Credit Union I financed it with held the Title I wasn’t sure what I could but said I would contact them. The attitude of the person from Duncan Ford who called me was the same as a collector for a loan shark that you see in the movies. When I contacted the Credit Union to beg for assistance so I could be done with this nightmare they even questioned why the dealer was contacting me. This experience has me seriously considering selling the Ford Escape I purchased and getting away from Ford altogether. My original review of this dealer was 5 stars but now that they have shown that they only appreciate their customers when they are signing a contract there is no rating low enough.

I just purchased a new Lincoln Corsair from Duncan. Very easy to deal with. Very quick in the sales and finance department. I had a tough time choosing between two. You should stop in if your looking for a new or used car. They have 2 awesome Ford trucks on display. I love the baby blue one. I will be back and do reccomend.

Their website says 8am-6pm on weekdays, 8:30am-1pm on Saturday.
