We couldn’t have had a better buying experience. We enjoyed working with Justin C. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We changed our minds several times but he hung in there with us until we were able to make the right selection. We are really enjoying our purchase. We would recommend Duncan Hokie Honda to anyone.

The work that Duncan does is usually very good. However, I am not impressed with their timeliness. I had an appointment scheduled for 8 am. I took the shuttle back home and wanted to get the shuttle back to pick up my car when servicing was completed. However, they did not call me until 5 pm that my car was done. The shuttle stops running at 4:30. So, I had to drive my truck to pay before they closed and then my wife has to drive me back when she gets home from work. When I scheduled the appointment I specifically told them I wanted to use the shuttle but they took 9 hours to finish an oil change and transmission fluid change and the shuttle was no longer running. What is the point of an appointment if that is not the time they are going to work on the vehicle. The least they could have done was call earlier to let me know what was going on and I could have caught the shuttle and waited at the dealership until the work was finished.

I drive a 2020 Honda Accord. I was told it would take 3 hours to get all 4 tires changed. I drop off my car at 8:30 am. Around 11:45 I am told it will be 30 more minutes. At 12:15 I’m told it will be 45 more minutes. I finally get my car back at 1:15. I drive away and my car warns me I have low tire pressure. I return to the service center and they say they will reset the system and check the tire pressure. I get my car back again and as I begin to drive to work again, the warning for low tire pressure goes off again. I am now sitting at the service center again. I have spent a total of 6 hours here. I have missed an entire day of work. I paid a lot of money to have my tires replaced and aligned. My key was even temporarily misplaced by a technician here! I have tried my best to be very patient and understanding with every person at the service center, but it is incredibly frustrating. I feel like I am not being valued as a customer and my time isn’t being valued.

Always impressed how quick Duncan services my car. I dropped off last night and was ready first thing this morning. Jay was a pleasure to work with.. answered any questions, was super polite, and had my car done in a timely manner like he promised. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced with Duncan and ask for Jay as he made the process super easy!

My 2015 Honda CRV won't start. All it does is dash lights light up and a star up sound happens nut it doesn't turn over. Also the gear shift won't go out of park. Is the cold weather affecting this? What can I do to get it started-- jump it off?

I have a 2015 Accord V6 and needed a new battery when mine acted that way. Had to jump it off to get it to the dealership.

The low air tire light came on. Do I need an appointment to get nitrogen put in it?
