I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass from Shelor that had a whole bunch of electrical issues (of course I found out after purchase). They worked on it five times, and the problem is still here a year and a couple of months later. I bought the extended warranty (covers electrical issues). They blamed it on the battery (I found weird considering it was replaced 2 years ago) the last time I brought it there I forked up $300+ because my extended warranty did not cover it. If I could go back and not do business with Shelor, I would. Overall, it has been a absolutely terrible experience.

I scheduled an appointment to have the 4wd serviced on my Jeep. They told me they would call the next day with an update. I did not hear from them until over 3 business days later. They quoted me a reasonable price to replace the broken part, and I confirmed with my service representative that the price would be my total bill. I ended up being charged nearly double that, which is ok on its own, but frustrating that it was so different from the quote. I had a similar poor customer service a year or 2 ago as well. If my car would have made it, I would have driven to the dealer 45mins away in Floyd for the better customer service and communication, but at least my car seems to be fixed now.

Dropped my f150 off for a check engine light Before I left for vacation came back problem fixed no problems with the service dept. I purchased it there and they always do what I expect And gave me a free wash ticket Thanks

Great service center! Our Service Advisor (Nathan) was spot on and on top of our needs and expectations! Polite, positive, and professional! It took a time to get things done but you must understand the challenges in the marketplace, covid, and other "uncharacteristic" bottlenecks. Just make sure you plan time and ask the advisor beforehand like we did. They will be honest. For sure 5 💫 stars! Good job team Shelor.
