They just set it to automatic and it will connect only to other departments than customers service. SMH. It starting to suck more and more. And I agree with you, they might as well disconnect their phone line.
They answer when I called. Try customer service. Geek desk they do answer more than any other dept.
They have always answered, but sometimes they do take awhile.

Best Buy is a retailer that sells brand new modems. Best Buy doesn't buy modems from the street.
