Why does it take half a century for someone to answer the telephone ? Might as well it disconnected, it will save you on telephone bills .

They just set it to automatic and it will connect only to other departments than customers service. SMH. It starting to suck more and more. And I agree with you, they might as well disconnect their phone line.
