Very rude salesman i met online, was very disrespectful and confrontational from the start. By the look of their cars they just buying and flipping, no care what soo ever. They don’t even try to repair damage just slap a for sale sign on the car. Do yourself a favor buy private owner.

Bought a car from them a few months ago in cash. Never received a title in the mail and had to hire a lawyer to mediate our conversations. Found out after doing my own investigation that it had a salvage title. Eventually was able to return the vehicle (at a loss but was ready to be rid of this place). Should have known this place would be sketchy by the dirty car lot and the the fact that Blacksburg auto sales actually has a Christiansburg address. Went to Shelor Motor Mile and payed more money (slightly below fare market value after closing costs) but was treated well and provided with all the information on the vehicle I picked out. Title was received through CERTIFIED MAIL within the week.

Don’t listen to those bad reviews! This dealership is amazing and very helpful! Test drove the car few times and issue came up. They fixed it right away. Replaced the part that was needed to be replaced so they will sell me a good condition car and sold me on the same day. Will definitely come back when I am looking for a new car! Thank you! This car is beautiful and cleaner than any other I have seen!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I bought a car and it broke down before I made it home, got it to my mechanic and he said they knew it had problems! They had fixed it the cheapest way possible and knew all the problems it had. AGAIN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
