I tried this store and two other tire companies in Christiansburg to help me with a blow out on my trailer. This store finally tried referring me to another tire shop to perform road service. Dont ever get a flat tire in Christiansburg you are on your own people

Took my truck here to have my clutch replaced. They replaced the clutch and shortly after I noticed a faint noise when I pulled out of my driveway. I found out, after driving for a week, that the driveshaft wasn't bolted to the truck all the way and was missing a bolt. Thompson Tire apologized for the mistake but wasn't willing to give a discount for the service or discount for future service. I drive I-81 everyday and this problem, if not caught in time, could have potentially resulted in a crash. Very poor service and won't be returning.
