I wouldn't suggest going or taking anybody here. Not even my worst enemy. They are rude! I called to see if I were to come into the e.r. to get my leg checked for a blood clot and they told me that the machine is closed tell tomorrow. So now I have to suffer with the pain tell tomorrow when I can go to wenatchee.

February 9th 2022 went to colombia basin hospital for care and it was outstanding. The doc and nurses especially the one ,pretty skinny lady that gave me warm blankets and was so caring. Wish I knew her name π and doctor Samuel Richard that I found on my paperwork was very understanding and caring. In all my time I've come to this hospital this was by far the best.Thank you all staff!

Poor bedside manner by some of the staff. Lack of diagnostic equipment makes me wonder why this is even an ER. I tried calling to speak to someone about our experience but more than a week has gone by and havenβt had anyone return my calls. I recommend people to have the ambulance go to Moses Lake or Wenatchee and skip this hospital.

I live in Ephrata and we have an absolutely wonderful small town, but I am so disappointed to call Columbia Basin our hospital. I had red sores break out all over my body and I went in to the Emergency Room at about 2am when I didn't think they would be busy. There were no other people waiting, it was completely quiet and they got me into a room right away. Then I sat in the room for about 2 hours, and when the doctor finally came in, he was EXTREMELY rude. (It actually reduced me down to tears when I left because I was so overwhelmed at how I was treated.) This man came in, didn't even check out my sores at all. He looked at me and scolded me for coming into the ER when I wasn't clearly dying. I told him that I was scared because I had no idea what these red spots were and I wanted to make sure I didn't have an outbreak of something, and I purposefully waited to come in at a non-busy time so that I wouldn't take time away from other patients. He did not tell me what I had or how to fix it, let alone prescribe me any medicine. He did absolutely nothing except walk in the room and talk to me harshly and ask me how dare I come into the Emergency Room. I just couldn't believe it. I filed a complaint with the hospital, and after 45 days they finally let me know that the "care" I received was sufficient. Then they sent me a bill for over $450...and on top of that, they added a Finance Charge for the 45 days that they were looking into my complaint! Completely ridiculous! I have no problem paying for my trip to the ER when I get cared for there, but having to pay to get yelled at by a rude doctor? I can't even begin to say how disgusted I am with this hospital and I would never go there again.

Our lab is open 24/7 because we are a hospital. It is not open for testing on weekends. Does that answer your question?
Great community hospital, if possible, they will make it happen. Good luck.
They are definitely doing right by the care given to me
Yes. But only open Monday through Friday. Otherwise the ER is open 24/7.
