This Dollar Tree is waaayy better than the one in Moses Lake!! So beyond worth the drive. I feel like their stock has more selections. The staff is super sweet! It's super clean! They actually use more than one cashier when it gets busy too! Will definitely be back!!!! :)

I really wish I could put negative stars. I just will NEVER spend another cent at the Ephrata dollar tree. I will drive to the next nearest dollar tree before ever going there again. Staff were EXTREMELY RUDE! The black haired girl worker with the Xmas tie thing on, and the bigger chick were beyond rude and had some of the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. I was completely shocked to be treated this way. Waited more than 20 minutes for them to try to figure out how to process my gift card and my debit card (so I had 2 different forms of payment that were more than capable of paying for my items yet they wanted me to remove some items ....?!?!....) How about trying to not loose the business &/or possibly the customer forever and try another cash register...!?!?.... There are 4 or more aren't there?! Ya. There is.
