The price of the cabins are decent... until you get there after placing a 5+day stay almost 6 months in advance and we get there and the one thing we really wanted the hot tub.. was broke... well they let us move to a different cabin until the last day we were there we had to move back to the broken hot tub again... we waited almost 4 hrs for them to clean the room they moved us to but you bet the day we had to switch had to move all of our stuff to the other room to find the hot tub was still broken at like 10am... almost every single TV in both cabins in all rooms had the picture settings so messed up you could barely stand to look at it until you changed it to actually have color or the fact the audio was so messed up you couldn't hear people talking without having it so loud when any dialog would happen it would shake the TV it's so loud... honestly if they put a little more time and love into the cabins it would be a 5 star for me but ya... also not to mention the pics on there website are extremely misleading they show the one we stayed in the one with the bar and stone floor had an antler chandelier which it does not. The hot tub is completely different and there's even a shelf above the hot tub in the pics that's not there either... so outdated pics for what your getting... and poor website labeling... only really good thing about staying here was you got 50%off of the zoo

We stayed in the Big Buck Lodge, B side and it was awesome! Clean, perfect for friends/families, attention to small details (like night lights all around, plenty of towels/tissues/dishes). I think they should add plastic cups to their cupboards for enjoying the hot tub. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay!

The hotel room was a safari theme. It had real high ceilings and creative lighting and the beds were pretty comfortable. And there were extra pillows in a sealed plastic zip bag. There was no bar soap but there was soap gel which is a kind of soap. It is better for the environment. Yes it is good for the environment. The bed will really comfortable and my mom accidentally to the wrong bed for me cuz my bed was the tallest and I had to use the sheet because it was too warm and then well done.

Wandering Jeepsy

Stayed overnight. Needed a place to rest after a long drive. It's off the interstate. They also have a zoo there (I didn't know till I got there). I got a suite. If you have a dog, they have certain rooms (which are suites). Price still wasn't bad. Very clean.
