Jack was friendly and great to deal with. That's where the good part of the experience ended. Although I had an appointment for recall work on Tuesday am , they didn't get to it on Tuesday. Against my better judgement , I had them do the "free" state inspection. $113 later I had a new license plate light I could have bought for less than $10 elsewhere

I have bought two vehicles from Motor Mile Ford in the past seven years and have always had great experiences with the service team whenever I bring either of them in! I have worked with several wonderful service team members over the years and everyone is always super helpful. I have to shout out Stacey and Kevin particularly though, as I have worked with them the most!

Drove two hours to look at a vehicle I was interested in. They had it sitting in front of the dealership when I arrived. They worked with me on getting what I wanted at the price that was fair. Great people to deal with. I will definitely consider going there again to buy another vehicle.

The reason for the 4 star rating is because of how long it took for me to get my vehicle. That is no representation of the dealer and 100 percent due to Ford corporate not knowing when they could get these trucks out. I had to wait 8 months for my truck and I was told it would only be 2-3 months and it was a very aggravating process. With that being said, I worked with Randy Marshall over at Ford Motor Mile and that man is absolutely fantastic. He is caring, understanding, and truly wants his customers happy. I had such an awesome experience with Randy and I would recommend him to anyone.
