Anytime Fitness is so perfect for my busy and unpredictable schedule and is open 24 hours, so I can go 'anytime' according to 'my' schedule! The gym is very deceiving from the front store view in that it is really big inside and workout equipment extends all the way to the very back of the building. One other very great a different feature they offer is basically a room with 'virtual' classes to include Yoga, Areobics, Meditation, etc. and have classes set for certain days with a live instructor as well. The Trainer I have with this gym is Rachel and she is so awesome and fits your training specific to your needs and goals. Yu, the Owner/Manager is so personable and friendly, calls you by name and spends time in his busy schedule to have a personal conversation with you. I love the atmosphere, the equipment and would give them a ten star if had the option!
