A friendly professional staff but if you don't know what you want browsing isn't fun. I knew what product I wanted so it was quick & the staff told me the restrictions due to Covid.

So it definitely depends on who you interact with here. Nicole is a dream and helped me figure out the perfect product and shade match for me. Some of the other employees I caught glaring at my less than perfect skin and when I asked one of them for a product recommendation she said she wasn't familiar and kind of just brushed me off. If you have a chance to work with nicole she's awesome. Completely non-judgemental and will go out of her way to help you find what you're looking for.

A well disposed proficient staff however on the off chance that you don't have the foggiest idea what you need perusing isn't entertaining. Do to Covid limitations you can't contact or have a go at a new thing. I knew what item I needed so it was fast and the staff revealed to me the limitations.

While the selection of products at this location is fantastic, It’s been hit or miss in terms of service. Some days I get really helpful associates who help me leave the store with way more product than I need. Other times I’m standing in a corner waiting for an associate to help me for 10 minutes before I just decide to leave. The times when I get helped are when I’m definitely dressed for work. When I come in dressed in leggings and a sweatshirt, I’m more likely to be ignored. I don’t want to paint all of their associates this way but it is a pattern I have noticed.
