My sister has Covid for sure (has been using rapid tests for a few days) and tested here twice to get an "official" diagnosis for work. Has tested negative twice here. Their test is very inaccurate. She is still testing positive with the home tests!

The staff outside make things run fast and smooth and I’d like to thank them. However I’m giving at 2 star review because the receptionist inside named Marty Is a terrible person to have on the phone. I called to get my results because it is now Tuesday and I went in Thursday evening. As soon as she answered she sighed and made me feel like asking for my results was too much of a hassle for her. Then she couldn’t find my name and wasn’t helpful with making other suggestions until I asked to check birthdates. She found it eventually and now I have the email. If it’s her job to send out emails you won’t get them till you call ask. My boyfriend has yet to receive his results and we went at the same time.

Test is oral which is less painful but their customer service is terrible. “Next day results” is a blatant lie, this only applies to week days. Was tested on a Friday and still haven’t gotten my results back though it is Monday. When I call there is NO SOUND. I likely do not even have covid, I have no symptoms but was exposed about ten days ago. Have been in isolation for days waiting for these results. Fix your customer service, it’s terrible. This is my second time testing here, the first time they “emailed my results” the same day, never got an email even in my spam folder. Only got an email when I called them. But like I said, now I can’t even call them though I’ve tried on multiple numbers.
