I have never personally enter the church, but I always pass by it. It’s part of the symbol of Flushing! When you see this church, you know you are in Flushing Main St! The roof had got knock down during one of the hurricane, but thank goodness that they fix it!!

Beautiful historic church—the 3rd structure on this site for this congregation. Nowadays, services are in English, in Mandarin and in Spanish.

Beautiful historic church on Main St, in the heart of Flushing. I didn't go for church services so can't speak about that but it seemed like a busy building that has multi-purposes and is well use during the week for other programming as well. I didn't get to check it out but it looks there's a thrift store too at the entrance on 39th ave. It's also right across the st from taipan bakery on main st. The "taiwan pork rice" is one of my go-to dishes when I'm in the neighborhood. It's pork belly braised in soy sauce served with white rice, canned peaches (why??) and a soy sauce egg.
