Hi owner, Please respond to my negative review by telling me how unacceptable the service I received or in this case didn’t receive was. Please tell us how you’ll “ look into this” and avoid this from happening again. Then, tell us to reach out to you personally to discuss the horrible product and service you provided. Figured I’d kill 2 birds with 1 stone by doing it for you. Finally, please apologize for spoiling the special surprise we planned for the gift recipient. Also, I buried the garbage you delivered in my yard, if my trees die I expect you to replace them but please, not with fruit trees…

I'll never go back to this place again especially for the fruit!!! I spent around$100 for everything but I spent $60 for the fruit arrangement and she ate one piece of the fruit and apologized for not being able to eat anymore because none of the fruit was sweet!?!?! I tasted it and agreed with her quickly, I'm just saying if you got people paying $60 got $8 worth of fruit why not make sure the fruit is sweet????? But needless to say I won't be back!!!

Unfortunately my experience with this particular location was unsatisfactory due to the horrendous customer service received. I placed an order for my mothers birthday July 2nd. They attempted to deliver, however my mother was not home to receive it. Since it was the 4th of July weekend my mother ended up picking the order up in store the following Tuesday the 5th. When biting into the fruits and berries they were soft and mushy. ( No big deal things happen, right?) I called the store and requested another arrangement be sent to her and here is where my issue started. The way I was treated by a staff member China was absolutely rude, smug & unprofessional. On my first attempt, she dismissed my concern and basically advised me that it was my fault because they remade the arrangement. When I asked to speak to a manager she happily told me he was not available and would not be in until later that day. When I called later that day I spoke with David who was nice and understanding but could not assist because the manager was still unavailable. I took everyone’s name in the store and advised I would be calling corporate. ( Wouldn’t you know within 2 minutes I received a call back from China who is now the Assistant manager) but a few ours earlier she was just a staff member and could not help me. Once again I had to deal with her rude and combative behavior. After calling corporate. Later on in the day. The manager finally calls me back and apologized for the issue as he confirmed the berries he had from that order was in fact soft and mushy and assured me he would make the situation right. He would make the order himself and have it sent out either Thursday or Friday as he had a fresh shipment coming in. I didn’t want that store to remake the order as I’m sure you can understand why, however I decided to let him do what he offered.It is now Saturday the 9th never heard back from the manager, My mother never received another arrangement. I couldn’t be more frustrated as I love sending out edible arrangements for Birthdays and special events their the best! However I never thought I would have received this type customer service especially when they Guarantee Happiness!!. I sadly just requested a refund. I’m not sure at this point what type of hassle I will have to go through now for that. (All I wanted was another arrangement to be sent to my mom for her birthday). That’s all😔
