We were shocked by the horrible attitudes of the staff in the office of this cemetery. The staff they have there should not be allowed to talk to people who have lost loved ones and are in mourning. The staff clearly show that they simply don't care about anything and will turn you away from this cemetery forever. We had never seen any cemetery with staff to this level of unprofessionalism.

My father and brother are buried here. Beautiful grounds, always well maintained. Great service from the office staff especially Adolfo. Thank you for going above and beyond your duties, my entire family and I appreciate you sir.

We buried my mom this past January. The customer service was horrendous, especially how Luiz treated my dad. No grace for the greiving family. Outside of yelling at my aunts when trying to purchase plots... They buried my mom in the wrong spot (we clarified strongly beforehand, made them write it down on notes they still have) and they made my dad pay to fix it anyways. When I found out, I contacted the staff, they gave it to Luiz, and she hung up on me when I asked why we had to pay for their mistake. They took advantage of a greiving widower.

Threw away our decorations in mid November. No signs posted about date restrictions; website is laughably outdated, and said nothing about dates either. Manager didn't care. $150 of high quality decorations, gone forever. Take your business ANYWHERE else.

100% doesn't matter, they'll throw the deco away when it's convenient and tell you tough luck. You're better off not honoring your loved one with decorations. Read my review on this place for more.
Everything will be thrown away
This place has awful business practices and unempathetic staff. Decorations thrown away without warning nor proper signage about dates. Website outdated for years. Heavy digging machinery runs over headstones without protection (other sites use wood slabs, etc. to distribute weight); my mother-in-law's headstone foundation was cracked within six months. I hope for grandma's sake you buried her somewhere more respectful.
So, Robert Gomez, did they ever repair your father's marker?
They don't have any requirements as far as materials. It does have to be flat on the grave. It cannot be above grass level in anyway.
Just one you got to tell them before the first one is buried
I saw a Satanist with a grave marker here. She seemed like a good person according to the epitaph on her stone
for better information it is best to go personally to the cemetery they can give you better information
I'm not sure what's the cost but I can give you the business card of one of the representatives
You can request a death record from the county, that will give you the place of burial. Then you can call that cemetery and get the plot location.
Being a close relative you can request the death certificate from the county. That will tell you the burial location.
You go to the office and they'll give you a map with a graves number and space
I don't know if there's any shareholders The father owned it then when he died the son's took over and now a nephew's in charge
yes there are a few
I bring flowers all the time, from Trader Joe's, my own garden or you can always go to the flower shop there. They provide vases 4 u there
Most graves there are standard size 12"x24" bronze.
Oh how happy I am Carina you are welcome to look for my mother's grave !!!!! Oh how happy I would be if you found it with the help of Carina Zotterman
