This company has caused more problems for me in the last 2 years than any other company all the last 50 years of my life. The customer service is 0 on a scale of 1-10. They talk so much about their fantastic warranty but they don't follow through. Just after 2 years my screens are coming apart and they want to charge me $135.00 to have someone come to my house to look at them, not fix them. That is just the katest in issues over the last 2 years. SAVE your money and find another company. After this,the company decided that fixing my screens was worth me removing the bad review. Thank you for doing the right thing

Placed order April 2021 for 6 windows and tri-sliding window doors for our garage. Of course, order came much later than expected due to the pandemic. That’s fine, totally get it. Window installation went off without a hitch and very happy with the windows. Sliding glass doors…job is still not done 9 months later. Multiple phone calls and with no response. Installation was poor and incomplete and after several calls finally got someone out to inspect the job. They agreed and noticed even more issues than I did. After inspection, I had to call to schedule the work, you would think they screwed up the job and they would call you to schedule. They came out and didn’t finish the job. And now I once again have to call to schedule and see how long it takes me to get a phone call back. Quality of windows has helped tremendously with heat and cold but be prepared you might have to make multiple phone calls and stay on top of the job getting done because it’s ran poorly and they could care less.

Two stars because I like the product. I waited 4 months and it took 2 days to install a sliding glass door. Had they come at 8:00 am instead of noon maybe only one day, especially when it gets dark at 5:00. Day 2 they left at 6:30 so “cleanup”took place in the dark. In the morning I saw the scuffed and scratched hardwood floor, the NEW paver patio spotted with white stuff (I told him he was spilling), my new sod is where the tool cleanup (splattered on the house, plants, and gate) apparently took place, my driveway where they parked both days was a mess, my sparkling clean house ready for Christmas was a dusty mess. I would NOT use them again!!! Nice people ~ Bad Experience!

I have never had to write a bad review before. But after getting over $15k worth of windows this company is not standing behind its warranty. I had someone come out in April to measure and take photos due to a defective window. They said we would still have to pay to have the defective glass replaced in the middle of the window but they can do it. So much for a lifetime warranty. I agreed to have them replace it. They did say it would take 6-8 weeks to be made. I get that everything is delayed due to Covid. But I’ve received no follow up and every time I call and leave a message, no one calls me back. I will not be using this company for any future window replacements.
