This place is almost awesome. Check in was quick. Loading was quick but the docks they use are at the end of the building and have to be blind-side backed into. Fine for a day cab but not so much for a sleeper

This is always a fun experience. You go in and pass a bunch of pictures of their great products and then you get to the kiosk. They always have someone standing by to help out. They also have a counter where you can place an order. You can also place an order online and arrange for a pickup.
Excellent concern Maria Carmona !! When you have questions about the company, you can confidently ask the company directly speaking to the relations of the dealer and they will gladly answer you! Many times you will hear OPINIONS of people who are not trained to answer those kinds of concerns even if they are distributors or people who do not know ANYTHING because they do not work directly in the company. Blessings and success!!!
That day I also went and it was because they were doing maintenance on the website and since there one gets the order through the website, that is why it was closed.
