Just delivered food there ....have yet to use their services ! It was super cool though. They had a whole setup in the back outside for the dogs.. looked like a tiki beach theme for them. Also was surprised to see a actual doggy hotel room with a dog in it and a bed and blankets from the outside parking lot! Lol idk how the dog feels about the invasion of privacy hahahah. But thought that was different and cute.! Their own literal hotel room! Big platform bed and all! The one thing I would say I I wasn't quite sure about and felt kind of sad about was how lonely and scared he looked to be all alone in there with the door closed ...he just looked like he was on edge... I understand it's a dog..he was safe and comfortable...but I view animals like children for some reason and I feel a strong sense of emotion and empathy for them. I just felt like he was alone and anxiously scared . Other then that . It looked pretty cool and it was super clean! That's about all the input I can help with.

As a husky owner it's hard to find a boarder that accommodates their personality as much as wag does. Wether it's for a day stay or an overnight, he is excited to go every time.

Paint parties, pajama parties, Netflix, pool parties, holiday parties. Or just chill time if your fur baby prefers. Whatever you need to fit your needs, they will provide.. Excellent management and staff. They even report to you if your pets poop is abnormal.

Just used Wag for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Huge shoutout to Miguel at the front who helped us check out, he clearly really cares about the fur babies and after staying only a single night, our baby Riley (Slayden) was clearly attached to him. His attitude and actual customer service are also absolutely top-notch. Riley stayed in one of the top end suites. There's only a few of those in particular, so reserve as far in advance as you can! The suite allowed us to watch and talk to her whenever we wanted to (using their pet cam and Petzi app), she had her own twin-sized bed and a secondary cot, and she had her own TV for pup-friendly entertainment. They even asked us if we had any specific shows she would want to watch and spread some of her favorite toys that we brought with us around the room so she would feel more comfortable. They also personally read her a bedtime story to help her sleep! When she was at playtime, we could watch all of the dogs through the Wag website WagCam so we had full view of her anytime except for during her grooming. Through the cam we could see that every staff member in the playroom was exceptional and very attentive. They even pay attention to each pup's anxiety signals and will place anxious/overwhelmed pups in a less populated room with its own dedicated staff member so they can calm down and recover. Her grooming was also exceptional. She came back softer and smelling better than ever before in her life. Will absolutely be back and I know Riley will be excited to see Miguel and all of her new friends at Wag again!
