I went in pretty discouraged over a bad experience I had had with a company, this having to do a return; but Ci Ci was super helpful, got me in and out in a timely manner, and her positive attitude rubbed off on me, thanks Ci Ci!

I buy from Amazon all the time and I use this UPS location for any returns. Recently I had to return a set of shampoo & conditional that was awful for my hair. I chose to have UPS package & label for the return and Amazon initially refunded me but now says they did not receive the shampoo so they charged me for it again. I returned both items to UPS but somehow only the conditional arrived to Amazon. Only conclusion I can think of is UPS did not packaged them together when they shipped it. Now it's missing and I am paying for something I don't have. NOT HAPPY!!

Staff is always helpful when I need help. Store is clean and organized. It's a pleasure to do business with this UPS store.

UPS does not even try to deliver the item to your home. It is delivered directly to this small store where you are jammed packed into a covid catching environment. Only compact cars can park in front of the store and the handicapped spot is on the other side of the parking lot. Then UPS sends me an email at 4 AM stating that the shipment was delivered to my home. Then they left a notification on my door that I needed to pick the item up, I was home all day. The lazy driver did not bother to rings the door bell. When did UPS become such a poor delivery service? Letting Pottery Barn and Apple know I will no longer purchase merchandise from them are if UPS is the delivery service they are using. What about service and pandemic they do not get?
