I don’t recall ever doing business with Water Inc before, and I never will. I received a catalog in the mail with their new pricing. I happened upon the 3MRO501 systems and called to check if they were in stock. I was kept on hold for too long and the woman on the phone was very unpleasant and short with me.

I just called. They put me on hold for a long time. Then spoke to a lady that knew no more than I did , She then hung up on me. The lady was very rude Their filters are no better than the competition. They do not stand behind their product form other people I know. This is a bad company stay away.
