Pay the extra money and get literally any other rental car service. Waited over two hours for a rental car I had already paid for and said they didn’t have any any available. Saw this happen to multiple families in line ahead of me! Do not use Dollar Rentals!

This site has a standard practice of “wait listing” customers for vehicles that have been reserved by the customer in advance. We showed up to pick up our car at the reserved time, and was told the wait would be 2-3 hours. Now over 3 hours, and they have no idea when our car will be available. Rent your cars somewhere else is my suggestion. Worst experience I have ever had when renting a vehicle.

The best car rental experience we’ve ever had. Extremely helpful, efficient, and thorough with the details and offering. The woman at the counter was fantastic (regret not catching her name to mention it here). Clean car, easy process, highly recommend!

사천팔백만동포여러분...제발절대여기서차빌리지마세욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ This is my first review on google. If I can, I won't give any star to this branch and dollar itself. At the branch, they didn't give me a car even 1:30 after my planned pick up time. Nobody explained and excused. In the parking lot, without explanation, the staff was gone and the staff who just clean the car gave me a car w/o any explanation or guide or confirmation. Inside of the car was extremely dirty. It was horrible. Sixt in Vegas gave me clean and verified car. Moreover, CS wow, how can i dare describe their attitude👀. A representative who responded me first, pretended to cut the phone.Lol Another representative said different things and she said I need to return my car on time even though they gave me a car 1:30 after. CS center of dollar was the worst I've ever called. 고객센터가응답하기싫다고전화끊은척했어요...차도1:30늦게줬지만별다른설명도없네요진짜여긴아니에요!!!
