Process was great and easy, Staff was friendly. Car was clean and all good. However, when the staff pulled of the agreement for me to sign and it was 20% more expensive than what I reserved a while ago. If I didn't pay attention to it, which it's kinda hard to remember the details after a while, I would have been charged much more. Staff did modify to be the price of what I reserved. But it's not a great experience that feels like I can't trust them. If I don't pay attention, I'll get charged more. I'll go with the one on the mission street instead.

Very good service, including pick up at my hotel and offering me a choice of a smaller car than the one I had reserved. The agent explained the key functions of the car, which was helpful. Returning the car was relatively easy, too. The only issue at all was that the location was busy both during pick up and drop off, so there was a wait--but not an excessive one.

Was very happy with this car rental experience! The pick up was quick and easy. All several members of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and professional. I even had to opportunity to walk back and actually pick out the car I wanted, from the class I chose. Drop off was easy, too. I actually called the day I was dropping off to see what the after-hour option was. They had a nearby location that accepted after-hour drop offs for an extra $25. Looked like this was the fee to park it in the parking garage overnight. Since I had such a great deal on the 3 day rental, this extra fee was worth it to keep the car a few extra hours and enjoy the city a little longer. I definitely plan to rent from Enterprise again, and would highly recommend this location for anyone staying in the San Francisco area.

Depending on the location you get it from, you may have to keep it until Monday, some locations don't open on weekends. So you may not be able to do Thursday to Saturday.

No. We do not deliver a car that the customer rents to their residence. You have to go in to the a Enterprise branch office to rent a car. However, you can make your reservations over phone.
Booking and at checkout you need Cr card but on return you can use db. Some of the db card do have Cr feature
You can rent any car for one day. Just go to your nearest Enterprise branch and they will assist you. Good luck!
