My internet went out due to issues with the modem. I had called online for 3 hours but no luck. Finally came to the store. I waited less than 30 min. They tried to edit the info and said it would work. Went home but the internet was not working from my end. I came back and was able to skip the line this time. Mark took my account and got me internet that same day. Thanks for being professional and actually trying to figure out the issues with my modem not attaching to the account. I would definitely recommend this store.

People were nice, unfortunately I went to return equipment, had to break up, I hated to do that but I will not pay over $200 for TV & internet.

I was shocked, Very poor Service, I was there for my billing issues, on 15 th December 2031, I used my card, two weeks later, I had same problem again & this time they charged me late charge. Talking to the person at Bloomingdale Store, IL, he doesn’t have any clue, he said manager Mark, looking in to tomorrow and call you. Still no phone call yet? I asked him what time Manager available tomorrow, he said maybe 1 or 2 pm, While I was leaving, I asked same question to another employee, he said he’s here from 10 to 5pm. Now I called Xfinity phone # it’s everything automated msg. I am thinking to change to AT & T very soon?

The last year of 2021 services was horrible. Automated system horrible. Runs you in circles and accomplishes nothing. Then to break the camel's back and raise service up $25.00 is laughable. I'm going to Starlink. A better product and cheaper. Thanks Comcast/Xfinity (whoever you are) for pushing me away after 25 years of being a loyal client.
