While the food was lacking in flavor it was good quality. Things have clearly changed since last being there (several years) which is understandable but I was overall disappointed. The best part of our visit was our server Myles! He was pretty great. Friendly, chatty, helpful, attentive, & all around what you'd want out of a server. So big shout out and thank you for making the night better. 😊

Horrible customer service. Went with my significant other for our anniversary. We waited over 15 minutes and never got a waiter to our table. Got up and walked out. All I wanted was shrimp. Didn't happen. Kinda find it funny that I saw several workers and even the manager walk by and still nothing, not even i'll be with you in a minute. Sadly we will be dinning elsewhere.

I used to order for "To-Go" (since 6 years ago) for my family and me, today was our first time for "Dine-in", they are amazing people, I don't have words for all the people that work there. Thank you, Sharla S., you were always so nice. We recommend "My Red Lobster Rewards" app, could use a 20% coupon because my husband is a gold member. God bless you all! Garcia family

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We have been ordering take out from this particular restaurant for quite some time and the food has always been amazing. Tonight not so much. Lobster was undercooked and the shrimp were like eating rubber. Sadly we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future
