went here today and employees were just leaning on the counter as I walked up to get my online order. They’re speaking loudly about previous customers talking about them. extremely unprofessional and food is over priced. I wish I can give them zero stars.

The food is good but the service is great. They genuinely make you feel welcome and comfortable. The crew of the evening of 2/8 were outstanding. 👍

My daughter's and mine first time dining at a Mcalister's Deli. Went with the McAlister Club and a cup of Chicken Tortilla soup. We were both pleasantly surprised with how good everything was. Thank you Mcalister's for a great first dining experience. All the staff was pleasant and helpful.

One of the best values in the area with delicious food. We always use the, "Two can dine for $15.99" coupon found in the local mailer. Always get two meals out of that per serving. Staff is always attentive and engaging. They always come around and ask if everything is OK. Always ready to refill your drink. I have eaten around the menu and have been very happy with everything I've tried.
