Dirtiest Menches I've ever been to. Owner is nice but they have rude messages posted inside like "No samples and if you lick your finger we will ask you to leave the store" wow!! Also the floor is so sticky that I had to clean my shoes afterwards. Just nasty! Yogurt is good though! Hopefully they clean up the mess and make this place more welcoming soon

This Menchie's location is a notch above the rest. It's neatly tucked in by a major road and by other franchises to maximize it profit. The selection is huge and can get you mixing multiple flavors, and toppings for guaranteed satisfaction. Staff is extremely friendly to frequent flyers and especially to new commers. They explain everything and how the price is based on the weight of the product you make. If you're in the mood for froyo, come to this place to satisfy that craving.

I witnessed two young ladies working tell a family they felt uncomfortable because they handed them a $100 bill lol I was behind and was able to tell the bill was real. Train your employees please. They only had another one hundred bill and they said no. The family wasn't spending just $5. The girl then told them Im able to take these bills but Im not going to. The family was nice and ran to the car to get a card but after seeing that I'm done with this place. I will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service was awful, spoke with the owner regarding his rude employee and he thought it was a joke. He probably doesn't care that my family which included 3 adult children and their 7 kids will spend our money elsewhere. When this store opened in Bloomingdale we've been at least twice a week. Now I go to the Schaumburg location where the service is so much better. It doesn't matter that I live 5mins from the Bloomingdale location. My money spends anywhere and if the owner thinks it's ok he'll soon find out that you can't mistreat customers and think your business will flourish. .
