This hotel is by far one of the most beautiful downtown unfortunately I did not get to stay at my last visit, as the Front desk would not let me check in. I was assured by the paying party that my name was left at the desk as she was assured she did not have to leave me a key in that everything would be taken care of. This however was not the case and I was not allowed to go up to my room that was already paid for, mind you I had already checked my car into the valet (tipped) and had my bags in hand . Not the best customer service as I have had fewer problems at far less expensive hotels and much more friendly staff to want to fix the problem. I definitely will not be back here and I will not recommend this hotel in the future to others .

Most stunning area a short walk from the Great American Ballpark. Beautiful fountains, a splash pad area. Only disappointed that I had to leave before dark, cause I would've loved to see it lite up a nightime. Definitely making this a stop after the next Reds game.

Huge thank you to The Anderson Pavilion to executing the wedding of our dreams. Truly was such a fun and amazing day for my husband & I. We appreciate all the help & support the team gave us throughout the planning process & execution of our wedding - especially Mae & Brandi. We planned this wedding while living out of state. They responded to all our emails and questions in a timely manner and truly executed the wedding of our dreams. We weren’t worried about a single thing that day, and that was because of them. The staff was fantastic and so nice. Multiple team members said congratulations to us, and their interactions with the guests were so genuine. The chef, pastry chef, and culinary team knocked it out of the park. The food was amazing! We couldn’t recommend The Anderson Pavilion more!
