The entire staff was friendly and kind. I showed up on the wrong day but they still helped me get a head start. The whole process was easy. This is literally the nicest whole staff establishment. I highly recommend them!

Friendly staff. Treated me great. Got me in quick. When I later asked for a copy of the results of my scan, they emailed the report to me, faxed it to another doc, and gave me a disk. Super quick about that too. Would prefer they put scans online to download instead of on a DVD, but that was a small thing. Overall, great experience.

I had my MRI taken today at Proscan. It was my first time using their company. I used them to save money. My out-of-pocket price for an MRI at a hospital would have been $1,000. Plus an additional expense of having the radiologist interpret the results. Proscan charged $500, including a radiologist to interpret the results, and a DVD of my images. You can imagine which one I picked. The location was easy to get to and the facility was clean. You know they say you can judge how clean a restaurant's kitchen is just by looking at how clean the bathroom is. This place had a clean bathroom. I mean a eat off the floor clean. Just another point to justify my 5 stars. One final note was how friendly the staff was. I picked the earliest time for my appointment, which was 7am. Now, not everyone is a morning person. I get that. I am a morning person, so I can say even if the staff were not morning people they hid it well. So to sum this mini-review up: 1. Great prices 2. A clean facility 3. A friendly staff, even at 7am Thanks to my experience I will be going back if I need an MRI.
