I had an appointment for the Brow Bar and was told I had taken the last slot and was only able to get one service. I came to my appointment on time and another lady is sitting in the chair receiving brow wax, tint, chin, etc. Whoever the most current esthetician who was on duty the day this happened is extremely rude as well. Would not recommend the location nor her service, in fact I wish I could give no stars.

I’ve shopped between this location and another Cincinnati location regularly but I wanted to leave some feedback for the amazing ladies who helped me tonight at this location! I was having issues with a damaged bank card and two of the cashiers and the manager all stepped in to assist and to ensure I left with the items I wanted, to save me an extra trip or having to come back tomorrow or another day. They really went above and beyond and were patient, kind, and courteous. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and for being so patient! I wish I had gotten the names of the ladies who assisted me but overall, everyone in the store was friendly and helpful
