Very disappointed in the nursing staff, they have zero hospitality. They had the audacity to tell me that technically they can keep me as a patient until I'm 21 but, I was due for my physical in April 2020 and in order to be kept as a patient, I need to schedule it since it wasn't completed in April.... I felt beyond heartbroken considering the fact I have been a patient for 18 years and their lack of empathy towards the fact that COVID-19 turned everyone's world upside down between the months of March and April of 2020. It was the VERY least of my worries to make sure I had scheduled a physical. The Dr.'s are very nice, but the nurses seem like they want to make sure you are no longer a patient as soon as you turn 18, even though the office policy is you may been seen until you turn 21. As a college student, who is only 19, in a time where the world is a whole new normal, I really didn't need the stress of having to find a new dr.'s office when the policy is until you're 21. I have been going here for all of my 18+ years but ever since I turned about 16 they seem to try to get me out every opportunity possible. I am BEYOND frustrated and disappointed, and recommend not bringing your child here if you want to feel like you are valued as a patient or a patient's parent.

As a working mom, it's extremely hard to get into the office a morning time or after work. It's literally impossible. Pediatrican's are good, but I just wouldn't recommend if you're a working mom and trying to get them in a early time. It's extremely frustrating. Good luck!
