One of the Tellers treats me like a criminal. When in reality I have a business checking and savings there. The other Tellers are nicer but not that friendly. I've been to 3 different Chase banks in the North Valley and get treated with respect and very nicely at the 2 other branches. I will not be going back to this one again.

The worst experience ever Personal bankers don't know how to do their job Opened an account and the banker did a lot of mistakes in my profile and i got my account restricted for one week i went three times to resolve the issue and so far i am stuck with blocked account and terrible customer service not able to reactivate my account
