Just got a note saying my insulation clearly marked recycable with a 1(outside of the 5-7 range) is not recycable then skipped my pickup. I will be attending the next council meeting.

Wanted to give 5 stars to the hard working and very friendly people who come and collect our garbage and recycling every week. They always wave at our kids who are very excited when they see a garbage truck. Super friendly and I’ve seen them go the extra mile a handful of times.
Steve Wyman
They have skipped emptying my can twice for no reason, no notice or anything.

I don't use this service but their drivers are wreckless. I was driving past a school zone going 30 and one of their drivers came speeding past me in the oncoming lane. He had to be going at least 60. Poor representation for a company that already has low ratings.

The green waste program runs weekly from the middle of March to the Middle of December generally.
Call their office and tell them. They know what to do and how to set things in motion.
You can call the office and speak to someone about reserving the dumpster.

TVs are considered Electronic Waste and should be taken to the landfill. They have an area at the landfill for electronic waste to dispose of them properly.
An E-waste recycler like "Recycle Solutions" or "Batteries + Bulbs" can dispose of those properly for you

Sanitation dept is running a day behind because of Thanksgiving so should be picked up tomorrow
It depends on your area and the easiest way to find out is by coing the pickup company so if it's waste management or whatever cuz they change it
Do you live in Herriman?
Started March 20th 2018.
They started this week
Was it out before 7 am?
Yes. The only holidays with interupted service are Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. If those holidays fall on a week day, the garbage collection is offset by one day after the holiday. Example: Thanksgiving is on a Thursday, the Thursday collection will happen on Friday and Friday's collection will happen on Saturday. It will resume normal service the following week.
