I purchased my first Xidax a little over a year ago and just ordered another for my stepson. I WILL not buy from anyone else. Chris at Xidax is the man! Overly helpful, knowledgeable, and will even help you out if you've got some things in your build that are "overkill" for the rest of your setup. I hate comparing other companies, however, I have friends that have ordered through others, and they received nowhere near the customer support, help, or level of advice I have from Chris and Xidax. If you're buying a gaming rig, go ahead and do it with Xidax.

Got a computer front this place told them I wanted it strictly for gaming and poker. Wanted 200 fps minimum at all times and a strong CPU. What I got was about 60% of that max. Very disappointed. Would not recommend company. Computer overheats, crashes and randonly stops working. They do offer a lifetime warranty, which i get why. So Unless you wanna be sending your CPU back n forth when it doesn't work. I wouldn't buy fron Xidax. Expensive and underpreforming. Keep in mind all these issues not even 8 month old build. Never again

I purchased a PC from Xidax almost 2 years ago and I have had to send it in 3 times to be fixed for the same issue. Now the fact that I can send my PC back, but have to pay for shipping, is a life saver. The first 2 times the company was very understanding and helped me tremendously. However the reason for the low rating is that this is now the 3rd time for the same issue that I have to send my PC back to be fixed. I built my own PC 5 years ago and it is more reliable than the custom PC I ordered for 2x the cost from Xidax. The customer service is great, repairs are quick, return shipping is great but having to do this for the exact same issue for a 3rd time now is horrible. Not to mention I have no faith that the issue will be fully resolved and fear I will be shipping it back in the next 6 months from now. I hope I am the exception because if it weren't for my current situation my review would be 10/5 stars.

I followed this company for over 3 years before settling in on buying my PC from Xidax 08/11/2021. Honestly the only reason I went ahead and bought it when I did was because I couldn't find a decent graphics card less than $1400 and the PC I purchased cost me just over $1800. From the start everything was bad a bad sign. The PC wouldn't restart on its own. It has been tough ever since. I started having video issues and they suggested on shipping it back, cost me about $50. It gets to them, they cannot find the issue, claim they fixed the restart issue and shipped it back to me whole process took 10-12 days. From then on I had issues with temperature issues. Lately it's started getting so bad it's crashing my PC. After a chat with their support and them trying to convince me that 70-80 degree Celsius is a normal temperature and not really doing anything at all to fix the problem other than telling me I need to pay to ship it back to them. I guess at this point i'll try to find someone to work on it locally and hopefully can get my problems fixed. Their warranty is a great thing if you're willing to send your PC out for 3-4 weeks a year for them. I sincerely hope that Xidax becomes a little more conscious about the quality of PC they are putting out. A lot of the reviews are reflecting how bad of experience I had with them.
