As others said, the path comes off a gravel patch at RT166/32 near Salt Springville Rd. Easy to miss. Be careful of the sheer drop. Stellar view, very unexpectedly large vista.

Fabulous experience, especially because I met two botanists, one a university teacher, who were monitoring invasive flora in the creek below the falls. I tagged along and learned about many of the plants in the area. I also trekked the rim of the gorge as a friend said the view across the valley was excellent, that you could see for miles. He was right! Like this review if you find it helpful.

Nice hike, some steep portions and some muddy areas; to see the falls you have to go off the path. If it didn't rain recently, there will be no waterfalls to see. About an hour hike total time.
