I like this location I’ve been coming here for about four years now. There are plenty of good employees food is typically always fresh. I’ve never run into a problem here until the other day I try to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday offer if he spent three dollars or more you can get a free whopper 100 points on my BK app that was the offer. The manager through a hissy fit and acted like it was coming out of her pocket. I still spent money in the store that day and I got my whopper, but I didn’t not get the points. I don’t get why people act like this when the company puts on a promotion. I don’t understand why the customer has to be mistreated. Or why redeeming an offer is such an issue for the manager.

This is your typical Burger King. When I say typical, I mean that there is no consistency to the type of food or service that you will get. You're supposed to be able to go to any Burger King and get the same prepared, tasting meal... I'd say 2/3 of the time you get what you pay for here but the other one third of the time the food is cold or the bun is dried out. At least the staff is friendly unlike the Wendy's in town...

paid 16.00 for 2 big king burgers and they are the same size as a regular double hamburger. I stuck the patty next to the whopper, only 1/4 the size. They refused to make it right. They lost a very loyal customer today

Drive thru did not take long. My food was hot. I thought the chicken nuggets tasted good...fries were good. The cashier gave me an extra sauce without charging.
