Disgusting customer service . I will never step foot in this raggedy establishment again. I came to return a package with a label that was already printed . I needed a piece of tape to tape the label and the man wanted to charge me $5.95 for a roll of tape as if he did not have a piece of tape behind the counter . I have returned many packages and never had to buy a roll of tape to tape a label on. Tape purchase must be keeping this lil location afloat . I will rather drive 10 minutes and wait in line at the usps in Riverview for better service . I wonder if they force all customers to purchase tape Or was it just me? Hmmm

Customer service was excellent... but the location kinda stinks. I was afraid just taking my 6 year old with me. A lot of loitering outside of the post office. Customer service is always on point. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

There is a serious problem with mail being delivered to the wrong address. I recently had a nightmare of a situation where my neighbor received my package, opened it and began using its contents rather than walk three houses down to give it to me after I had just given them their mail from my box. The postal service did try to retrieve my package from the neighbor with negative results. Thank you Jesus the husband was kind enough to make his wife give me my purses after I went to their home. The postal service was able to track where the package was actually delivered and provided me the information. The postal staff inside the office and the supervisor Sheila were excellent in their handling of my problem but the delivery people must do better. My neighbor committed a crime in opening my mail and commencing to use the contents. I would never do that to my neighbor!! Gibsonton Postal, please do better!!!!!!!

If only I could actually get my mail but today I'm spending my time going to the post office picking up my mail which should have been delivered to me today. However because I received the signature notice they don't always attempt the next day. Which of course that's fine if only it was written on the document that they left and it wasn't. I took it a step further and put the signed notice in the mailbox and the delivery person put the mail in the Box anyway not taking my signed document and placing my product in the mailbox never have I had such a horrible experience with the Postal Service and this is the second time they be the lost my package or didn't place it in the Box enough is enough
