I only gave them one star is because I can’t leave zero or negative stars. They would not do anything for me when I brought them a pair of shoes I bought there and wore for less than 2 hours before the soles fell off because I could not find the receipt for that pair. I brought them receipts for six other pairs I bought there but couldn’t find that one, so customer loyalty means nothing there either. They told me that I must have been walking on a hot surface until I produced pictures of the soles tracking on just plain concrete. Then he came up with “they must be past their expiration date.” WHAT?!?! Since when do shoes “expire?” I wouldn’t trust a thing they say in that store! I have bought my last pair of redwings but you will need to make your own decision. Good luck!

Still waiting on my boots since they took payment in November. It’s been FOUR MONTHS!!! Sent a message to corporate with absolutely no response. Great to see the customer service is so poor from the top to the bottom of the supply chain.

Been getting boots there for several years now. Never disappointed. They are comfortable to wear & durable. This past year however, I ordered a pair on March 27 and still have not received them. Phone calls are going unanswered and when I go in, the clerk has no idea on when they are going to come in. I emailed the company over a week ago and again it has gone unanswered. It seems like their customers are not important to them. The last time that I tried to go into the store, the sign on the door said they closed at 7:00. It was 4:15 and they were closed! Very disappointed in this whole situation. I can understand waiting a couple of weeks for them or maybe even a month. But 9 months and counting. That is a little ridiculous.

This shoes are the best in quality and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.......plus getting free shoe laces and boot condition whenever is amazing

If you purchased your boots from red wing they can send them in to be fixed.
