I suspect my delivery person is stealing packages as I've had several marked as delivered to my mailbox locker but no packages are actually delivered. I've tried to speak to the supervisor at this location and I'm only told "they will call you" and they never do. I submitted a complaint online that was also ignored. Simply put these people don't seem to care about the community they are supposed to serve.

Terrible customer service! Keep away from this post office if you can. I arrived today at 11:00 am for an appointment at 11:15 am. After a few minutes of my arrival a lady (“Anita” -named as per one of her co-workers) called me at the window, I told her I was here to request a new passport. She instructed me to go to the next window, which was busy so I stayed in line. After a while (like 15’ afterwards), Anita called me again. Looking at my papers she asked for the original certificate of naturalization ( I had a copy). I told her that I had the previous expired passport, which she did not bother to look at, she insisted I needed the original naturalization certificate. I said I would bring it right away. She said I needed to come back to the post office by 11:30 am, and I showed her the time was 11:27 am so it was impossible. I begged to give me a chance to come back because I had been scheduled two months ago for this appointment, she said she did not guarantee I would be seen today. I came back with the document around 11:50 am and found Anita was not there, she had gone to lunch. (right, lunch before noon). The new clerk told me that I had to re-schedule my appointment. Much I begged them to get my case, but they refused. I even offered myself to wait to see if there were any appointment cancelation and they unwillingly accepted, but that I had to wait outside of the building. After a while, and seeing the unwillingness and bad faith of these people, I decided it was not worthy to process my passport request, through this office, and left. TO MY SURPRISE! ONCE AT HOME UPON REVIEW OF THE I.D. REQUIREMENTS, I LEARNED THAT I DID NOT NEED THE CERTIFICATE OF NATURALZATION BECAUSE I HAD THE EXPIRED (UNDAMAGED) PREVIOUS PASSPORT. SO IT WAS EITHER OF THE TWO DUCUMENTS THAT WAS NEEDED, NOT BOTH! Anita really hit me very hard. This is the type of sadistic person that should not be in an office dealing with public because they daily look for a victim to hurt, they take it personal, they are sick.

Case of a lazy postal servant! Stuffing this package in my mailbox which in turn pushed the red flag arm out and it fell to the ground. This is not the first time I've had a clearly too large package jammed into my mailbox. This is a mailbox I had to pay for so what gives you the right to destroy it? Get your lazy self out of the vehicle and put the package(s) at the front door. Clear example of poor representation for the postal service.

I went to the Wiamama post office to apply for my passport today. It was so nice to have somebody actually know what they're doing. The woman there had blonde hair she was on the shorter side I'm not sure of her name. If you need a passport I hope you get her it was a pleasure! All I saw was clerk number 3 on the receipt. It was clean and they seem to be having a good day. Both of the women there were a pleasure to talk to!

First you need to get an appointment. https://tools.usps.com/rcas.htm And here is the document that you will need. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/need-passport/apply-in-person.html
Never went through the process
Are you asking about your passport? If yes then wimauma is one of the post offices that does process it. However you will need an appointment. Go online and you can do it from there. Otherwise they don't accept paperwork.
Yes from 9 to 12
Online, Google passport renew, the post office doesn't do this, the US government does.
