Great gym before covid (have been going for years) started going again during the pandemic and I’m 90% sure I contracted covid-19 from here 🫠

Very overcrowded. People get hold of an exercise equipment and hold on to it for a loooong time, sitting on it twiddling on their phones. No concept of sharing equipment. Getting a flat bench is harder than winning the powerball. I have a prepaid membership but had to go sign up at another gym so I can actually workout and not wait on people

I don’t know how often 24 hour fitness San Ramon reads these reviews but I hope they read mine. Just a couple minutes ago, my wife and I comes out here to get a workout in before we start work. My wife wanted to buy a C4 Energy Drink for $4.68. There’s a white sticky note that says “No bills above $20”. I tried to hand the worker $5 cash and I told him to keep the change. He said “Do you have a card?” I politely said no. Only cash right now. Then he stared at me with a “WTF” look like “Really man, you don’t have a card” when I know for a fact, when I scan myself in using the 24 GO app, he can see that I have a annual subscription that requires a CARD to pay online. So my wife and I ended up going to the Safeway down the street of the gym to get a TWO C4 energy drinks for only $4. My opinion for people working at this gym at night. If you are lazy and you hate your job, find another place to work. I hope the manager of this gym sees my review. I didn’t get his name but he always works when my wife and I checks in at midnight hours. He’s always lack of energy. Lack of enthusiasm. Stands like he doesn’t want to work. Also, next time, if you need a CARD to buy a drink, then let us know first before giving us a attitude. However, besides the lazy and rude workers at the front desk that works at night, this gym is fabulous. Very spacious and clean every time my wife and I comes here.

Pro: best equipped gym in the area, tons of space, weights, machines and platforms with squat racks. All the amenties you need in a gym. Cons: the community isnot the best. No one puts DB away so it's always a hunt to find weights. Also gets very busy, so plan workouts accordingly. Probably the best all around gym in the TRI valley. If you want a similar experience but less people you'll have to take a big pay jump and try bay club in Pleasanton

Yes they are open, they have been for awhile.
I am from out of town, but I doubt it. Chevron facilities seem to be closed already and the club was full.
Yes, we are open normal operating hours. Check your club for details.
I have seen kids in there pre-teens here but I am not sure.
I have a letter stating they are filling for bankruptcy
Are you open today, the 16th of Nov.?
Seems like everybody in thst place is paying a different amount. Like flying in an airplane! Always different specials, etc. Can't figure it out. Cheapest for seniors is if you have Kaiser, you can join "Silver Sneakers" which basically gets you in for anything.
Yes. They usually charge, but right now they are allowing you to bring a friend for free. Not sure how long it will last.
Beats me. I swear every member in that place is paying a different amount. They so have times when thete are special rates to join though.
It starts getting a bit more crowded from 5 to 9. But before or after then you will be fine
It is not usually busy around 0300
