Turns out he was a techie in his past life and though this handyman services is his hobby but he does with so much passion. He cleaned up after his work and no complains after the work was done. I was looking for someone to install my new smart thermostat. I have an older home so there was no C wire. The air conditioning company I usually use wanted nearly $1000 for the thermostat and the installation. That was crazy so I looked for a handyman. Brian got back to my text in less than an hour, gave me a suggestion as to which thermostat to buy, and gave a reasonable price to install it. When he installed it he was punctual and professional, and was able to keep the thermostat in it’s original location. The AC company wanted to move it down the hall. All told I ended up saving about $600. Excellent work, and I’m keeping his business card handy for the future.
