Wanda and Shelby are super friendly, always greet you with a smile, and are dedicated to continually improving this facility. We have been SPS customers for only two years and wish we had moved here sooner. Excellent service, comfortable storage, safe building.

I rarely give reviews to be honest, but Wanda is the most wonderful manager and the storage is amazing. Wanda worked with me on finding the best unit size for my needs and then worked with me on pricing as well. She is always available for questions and handles everything with a smile and awesome upbeat attitude. Access to my storage is amazing and easy, carts for assisting with heavy items are readily available, and the units are temperature controlled and clean. You won't find a better storage experience in the area. I recommend this facility to whoever is reading this as well as all my friends.

So happy to have found Security Pubic Storage to store my belongings on a temporary basis, of which parting with my belongings was very difficult to do, due to unfortunate circumstances. Wanda, the new manager at the San Ramon location has been so wonderful to work with. She is very pleasant and down-to-earth bringing comfort to this difficult transition period. With the set-up of the storage facility, along with the facility and the air in the facility being very clean, etc., I feel very secure in having chosen, I believe, the best all around storage facility...Security Public Storage...and their promos offered are not to be passed up.
