Fast pace and high intensity - a great workout experience!

The gym has been closed due to covid and all accounts were put on hold. Two months ago I moved to a state that is allowing in person workouts and wanted to make it my home gym. I spoke with the manager and explained and she stated after I put it in writing to her that I would have to be charged one more month for a gym membership that is on hold because that is policy...fine. so they charged me last month and it was supposed to stop. Well I was charged AGAIN this month as well as the new home studio so I've now been double charged and I have been trying to get ahold of someone to fix it for 2 days with no return call or communication.

Truly honored to be part of this program. Local Studios throughout the world provide moderate to high intensity workout that change with each class. Personal trainers are there to guide you through the hour. I have lost over 35 pounds since starting at Studio San Ramon 6 months ago. There is NO GYM comparable to OTF. Studio San ramon staff is my second family. I am lucky to be a member. 🧡🍊

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
