I was hoping to get a walk-in rapid test as no appointments were available when I looked online and called. I showed up right when they opened but there was a big sign that said “appointment only.” The gentleman who was directing cars was very kind and offered me one of his own personal home test kits and that alone deserves 5 stars.

Registered nurse Ingrid at Camino Ramon location in San Ramon was very rude. After she heard that I was Covid positive, she turned her back on me without saying anything to me & walked off. Shortly after, another woman showed up with a swab stick. This woman was also very rude. There’s a 10 sec each mid nasal swab but she was hurrying me & said to me, “Hurry up!” I felt that both of these women treated me like a Coronavirus. They do not deserve a job conducting Covid-19 anymore. Psychosocial is a priority right now. Healthcare people need to boost their compassion, kindness & support towards everyone.
