My wife and I went to San Ramon Medical office today April 27, 2021 for eye appointment but we are lost. We should go to Park Shadelands Walnut Creek instead. Anyway, the two greeters at the lobby were very rude and not helpful. No kindness . Not polite.

Their Pharmacy is always VERY inefficient. Ordered my prescription with their priority pick-up service and even got there later than their recommended pick up time, and it's still NOT ready. Checked in and the lady said they will call my name as soon as it's ready. Ended up waiting there for over 30 mins. with no call or no name on the board. Had to stand in line again to follow up and when I got to another lady, she said they have no idea what happened to my order and that it wasn't supposed to take longer than 15 mins. VERY incompetent people here.

I really like the people that work at this Kaiser facility. They're always very helpful and friendly. What makes it very nice is that the pharmacy staff and the lab staff always remember you. And they will go out of their way to chat with you and make you feel comfortable.

Update:I am a visiting member and I have received the best care, in every department. The pharmacy staff were so patient and helpful in getting the my medicines billed correctly. In my experience with the lab technician and the lab receptionist I felt it was good service. *Update*Additionally at my recent visit all of the staff, inuding my doctor, the medical assistant and pharmacy were all helpful and the receptionist was very professional. I am pleased with the services I have recieved as a visiting member. Thank you.

Yes, you just need the patient’s full name and DOB as it appears in their Kaiser medical record
You just need to log into your KP account online and you can schedule either a phone or video appointment with your doctor. Or if you don't have your online account set up, just call the regular KP appointment call line and they can schedule one as well.
