I chose this location because of the positive feedback, other locations seem to have a bad rep. The tests only took 7mins, I arrived 10mins early and was only waiting for around 5mins. There wasn’t a lot of people which was great, I got the 2:20pm appointment on a Friday. Nick was the employee who draw blood and it didn’t hurt, not even a little. I was actually surprised cause every other time I got my blood drawn it stings but this time, it made me wonder if it was normal and he explained it is if done right. Amazing! I’d love to come back here for any of my lab needs

I have a 10 month old. Alvin D did some exceptional work. Make sure if you have a baby, you ask for him. Hydrate them well and give them to Alvin. My LO cried for 5 second when the needle goes in, it sure hurt a little bit but Alvin did got the vein the first time, that's it. Just make sure to give baby milk/water beforehand. I also gave my LO a piece of teething cracker afterwards and just like that it seemed nothing had happened.

Update: More blood work done by Diana and she was soooo efficient, chatty in a GOOD way, full of energy and glad to have me as her patient! Really, that is customer service! No line, no wait, rest room for urine sample clean and vacant for me. All of the below still applies! Enjoy your tests!! Went in for blood tests, was 15 minuets early for 7:am appt, they took me in immediately. Courteous, professional, chatty conversion put me at ease. Was done in 10 minutes. Plenty of parking in back. Entrance at back of building. On 2nd floor using the elevator or steps and down the hallway a bit. Thanks!

I have done all but three labs here in the last 10 years and two of my other labs not done there were because we were just closer to the one in the hospital. This group of professionals are diverse, tenured and hard working. The place runs like a top! They need a revolving door. Ive had 5 different phlebotomists in the most recent visits, but seen the others who worked on me in years prior. They are all mature and extremely professional and good at their jobs. They do good small talk and treat you with empathy and care. The front desk workers are kind and are quick with their work. (No 20something millennials here chatting with eachother and ignoring their patients like at the lab by the 22 offramp...yeah...i went there on a Saturday and gave up after waiting an hour and watching the staff's raging unprofessionalism and poor behavior. I'm unfortunately an older millennial and I'm disgusted by the BS my generation puts out especially at their jobs. I'll never go to that lab again no matter the emergency.) The office staff here also rotates out regularly and they do answer questions and do give assistance to some elderly people who they see struggling with the computer sign in machines. Its a reasonable, clean, professional place...but if you expect a spa experience, moment by moment notifications and servile like pampering like some reviewers seem to expect...maybe you should open your own fancy lab for pretentious folk with irrational needs. A lab is a lab... A spa is a spa... Your ego is your problem. I find the waiting room basic but wish they had a bathroom there. Thats probably the worst part about the location. When you are pregnant or have a little kid with you...you dont want to go far away for a bathroom. Theirs is behind the locked door. The security though is probably a necessity. Its clean there and never freezing cold in the waiting room. Sometimes its actually warm. Parking sometimes is full. This is nuts to imagine...but try to look first at their heavy traffic flow times and avoid them. The staff and quality of their work is unbeatable. Every single one of the times I have gone without an appointment they have not taken too long or been overcrowded. I know a few other nearby labs do not have this wonderful reputation. If you have reasonable expectations, you shouldnt be disappointed going to this lab. If there is a longer than normal wait its because you are there at a high traffic time which you may be able to avoid by looking on Google for their busiest hours and days and choosing a different time to go. Also this is probably the best lab and anyone who has to go to labs often chooses this lab because its good. You wouldnt fault a popular restaurant or theme park for the inevitable popularity which causes longer waits...its just an obvious symptom of popularity. Excellent lab! Quick turnaround on results!
